Omulyakhskaya Bay, observed by "SHIKISAI".
The Omulyakhskaya Bay is located in the East Siberian Sea.
Due to the melting of the permafrost, the thermokarst lakes are scattered around the bay.
In recent years,the thermokarst lake in high latitudes is expanding with the progress of global warming.
In addition, thawing permafrost are released carbon and methane, both greenhouse gases, and it is concerning that promoting of grobal warming.
