The Severnaya Zemlya as seen from ”SHIKISAI”
This archipelago is located in the Arctic Circle and is the newest archipelago discovered on the Earth. When it was first discovered in 1913, it was thought to be a large island, but surveys conducted between 1930 and 1932 identified it as an archipelago.
