If you cannot use the online application

  1. This site uses cookies to process online applications. When you make an application, please click “accept” in the pop-up message about the collection of cookies.
  2. Due to the settings on your browser or computer, you may not be able to apply from the “Online Application” screen. In such a case, i) update your browser or apply from another browser, or ii) use another device to make your application.
  3. You have made an online application but have not received a confirmation email that your online application has been registered. The email may have been sent to your spam folder or junk folder depending on the network settings of your computer, security software, or proxy.
    i) Please check if the email is in your spam folder or junk folder. If you find it there, please transfer it to your inbox.
    ii) Please check that emails from the jaxa.jp domain have permission to be received on your email server.
